1. Warranty Coverage

Stage4designs warrants that all Ninja Warrior–style obstacles, obstacle courses, and related products we manufacture and sell are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the original date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies to Products purchased directly from Stage4designs or an authorized Stage4designs dealer.

 

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

  • Structural integrity of welded and fabricated components.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

  • Failure of hardware or fasteners under normal intended use.

 

 

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface scratches.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Damage resulting from use outside intended purpose (e.g., stunts beyond intended load ratings, unapproved attachments).

  • Corrosion, rust, fading, or damage due to environmental exposure.


  • Any non-Stage4designs products or accessories, even if sold with our Products.

 

 

4. Residential vs. Commercial Use

Our Products are designed for both residential and commercial environments.

  • Residential Use: Intended for private, non-commercial settings.

  • Commercial Use: Intended for gyms, training facilities, competitions, and other public or group-use settings. Commercial use may require additional inspections and maintenance to maintain warranty eligibility.

 

 

5. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact Stage4designs at info@stage4designs.com or call (717)-586-7896.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  3. Describe the defect, including photographs if possible.

  4. We may request the Product be returned for inspection (shipping costs may apply).

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Stage4designs will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective part,

  • Replace the defective part, or

  • Replace the entire Product with an equivalent model.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Stage4designs’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products as outlined above.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or personal injury resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

 

 

7. Disclaimer

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

No representative or agent of Stage4designs is authorized to modify this warranty in any way.

 

 

8. Safety Notice

Our Products are designed for physically demanding activities. Use of any obstacle or course involves inherent risks, including risk of injury. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all users are properly trained, supervised, and that equipment is regularly inspected for safety.
